Erik Murray is a seven-year veteran of the legal cannabis industry and among the leaders in the fight for social justice in cannabis via freedom, equity, and wealth creation in communities of color that the failed War on Drugs most harmed. In pursuit of these goals, Murray holds many roles in the space, including founding California’s leading cannabis real estate development and investment firm, Oak Investment Funds, in 2015. Through Oak and its affiliates, Murray has led the acquisition, entitlement, development, and management of over $200M in cannabis real estate acquisitions - with every project to date tied to supporting social equity owners, partners, and/or incubation agreements.
